1. General Terms- By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described.- I am allowed to decline any commission request.
• I am good at: Humans & humanoids, characters of any gender, character design, complex designs, armor
• I could draw: Monsters, chibi art of mecha/furries, gore
• I do not draw: Full body art of mecha/furries, NSFW- By default, I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and use it for self-promotion. If you do not wish the artwork to be used in such ways, please let me know before confirmation of commission.
- If you have any requirements on image resolution, watermark, or layer separation, please let me know beforehand.- An add-on fee will be charged for complex characters or backgrounds.
- A rush fee will be charged for faster completion time.
- A design fee will be charged for text-only character reference.-
2. Licensing- If you receive a personal-use license for the commissioned artwork. You are allowed to:
• Display and print the art for personal use.
• Post the art on social media or use the art as a profile picture/header.
• Do light editing on the artwork without distortion (e.g. filters, watermarks)- If you receive a commercial-use license for the commissioned artwork, you are allowed to:
• Use the artwork in advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
• Display the artwork on company/talent websites, social media, and physical locations
• Modify the artwork for formatting purposes (resizing, cropping, adding text overlays)- If you receive a merchandising-use license for the commissioned artwork, you are allowed to:
• Reproduce and distribute the artwork in physical or digital products- Regardless of the license type, you are NOT allowed to:
• Paint over, trace, or do major alterations on the artwork without my permission.
• Claim the artwork as your own creation.
• Use the artwork for AI training.
• Resell the artwork or create NFTs using the artwork.
• Transferring or sublicensing the rights to third parties.-
3. Commission Process & TimelineStep 1: Inquiry → DM me with your OC details (references, personality, etc.).Step 2: Quote & Invoice → I will provide a price quote and timeline approximation. If both parties agree, you will be charged a 50% deposit. For small orders (under $ 15 USD), full payment may be requested.Step 3: Confirmation → After the deposit is received, you will be added to the queue.
*Full refund will be provided at this stage if you decide to cancelStep 4: WIP Updates → I will send Work-in-Progress (WIP) sketches for your approval. Please refer to the commission detail for timeline approximation and the number of free revisions. Additional revisions will be charged, with the exception that revisions due to my own negligence are free.Step 4a: Rough drafts will be sent for your viewing.Step 4b: Lineart or Coloured drafts will be sent for your viewing. (if applies)
*50% refund of the total sum will be provided at this stage if you decide to cancelStep 4c: Watermarked final preview will be sent for your viewing.
*Refund is not possible at this stage except in special circumstances
**You may not request significant changes (e.g. composition, lighting) to the art at this stageStep 5: Completion & Payment → After final approval, the remaining balance (including fees for any add-ons you have selected) must be paid in full before the final, unwatermarked files are delivered.
